Being Comfortable is Underrated!

I LOVE to dress up as much the next girl! Ask anyone I know. If there is a chance to wear something frilly, glittery or pleated, I’m in, hook, line and sinker! However there is a time to relax, pull up your hair, put on a hat, throw on some boots or sneakers and veg out. And when the weather is 20 degrees away from zero, which happens in the south like a handful of times a year, you just want to be comfortable. I found these super cute over-sized sweaters thanks to a friend at American Eagle recently, actually on the Aerie brand by AE. They have them in tons of colors, they are soft as can be and cover your bum… what more could you ask for?!?! I got the mist blue and light pink colors so far. I would still like another color or two but one of my New Year’s resolutions is to only buy super on sale items so I’ll just have to wait until that sale email pops into my inbox, sooner rather than later, hopefully. These go great with skinny jeans or leggings and these Sperry duck boots for sure. These boots are available in so many colors and you can even design a custom combination for just a smidgen more. I opted for the grey and pink and couldn’t be happier. Just an FYI they do run a tad big, or they do on me. This is what I wore all NYE weekend long and didn’t want to take it off when I had to go back to work on Tuesday morning. It was a comfy day, full with comfy clothes and comfort food!
